TEM offers a complete line of fully automated rental Cooling Towers and Tower Trailers. Individual unit capacities range from 100 T (ton) to more than 2,000 T (ton) at standard operating temperatures (95 F / 85 F / 72 F). Temporary Cooling Tower rentals can also be furnished to operate in conjunction with Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers to simulate the performance of temporary Closed Loop Evaporative Coolers.
Temporary Cooling Tower trailer rentals are pre-packaged systems that are available for immediate deployment and rapid connection to an existing commercial, industrial or manufacturing facility. All portable temporary cooling tower trailers include a single point power connection including an integral fused disconnect or circuit breaker, a condenser water circulating pump and integral temperature regulated capacity control (with fan variable speed control).

For applications where Cooling Towers are being operated, we include a water treatment system and chemicals for the duration of the rental term. This means that your existing cooling tower system is maintained in a clean condition while your temporary Cooling Tower rental is providing cooling to your facility.
If your facility requires a total condenser water capacity greater than can be furnished by a single rental Cooling Tower or Cooling Tower Trailer, we can provide multiple temporary cooling towers installed with parallel condenser water flow. Cooling towers are furnished with bulkhead fittings that allow for equalization of the cooling tower sumps. Or you may want the flexibility and redundancy provided by multiple temporary cooling towers. Regardless of the required cooling capacity, we can provide the rental of a cooling tower for your maintenance or emergency application.
By combining a rental cooling towers with a Plate & Frame Heat Exchanger, we have the ability to perform additional cooling load duties. This combination of components can:

- Provide for a method of pressurization of a condenser water loop for a high rise building.
